Our Meat Kategna is a thin, crepe-style injera wrap cooked fresh on the grill. We pour teff batter and let it set for a few seconds, then spread awaze sauce and sprinkle ground flaxseed. Your chosen meat filling is added while it cooks, finished with optional toppings, and folded into a warm, flavour-packed injera crepe with crispy edges and a soft centre.
